A J (Johnnie) MacPherson is an independent Isle of Skye house builder.

We have been building in the Highlands and Islands for over 40 years and in that time have completed in excess of 100 homes. Most of our work is obtained through recommendation, which is easily the best and most satisfying work to be had.

Any style or size of house build is undertaken, whether it be for owner occupation, bed & breakfast use or holiday letting.

We can handle the entire project from design and planning through to completion, or be involved purely as a main or sub contractor for a build from existing plans.
