This page contains just a small sample of some of the homes we have built recently on Skye, we will be happy to discuss with you your plans and ideas.

We are quite happy to liase with your own architect or otherwise we have good contacts with local architects who are experienced in designing homes of a traditional style.

There are many companies in Scotland that supply timber framed house kits. SkyeHomes, based here on the Isle of Skye, produce traditionally designed homes of a high quality. We have built a good selection of these from the smallest 2 bed home to a large 4 bed property

We undertake many builds from architects plans and the finished properties below illustrates a good cross section of some of those individually designed homes

Many of the homes we build are from architects drawings with the timber frame being constructed and erected on site.

Our build package is tailored to your own needs and your budget.

A full build price would normally include all siteworks, to include house site clearance and preparation, foundations, house drainage and septic tank installation.

Although the majority of homes built over the past few years have been on the Isle of Skye we also undertake work on the Western Isles, including North Uist where this SkyeHomes  house (left) was recently completed
